You have to load your own charts in PDF format, either via the Air Account here on the web site or using iTunes File Sharing.

For the Italian ones I expect somewhere here:

For other EU countries check:

https://www.autorouter.aero has all EU charts and has an API used by e.g. the HotStart TBM 900. If you have an account there, you enter your credentials somehow and the TBM takes care of the rest. Might be worth looking into.
